QUESTION:
Who was the man that inspired you to be become a great martial artist and fighter?
ANSWER:
I was mesmerized as a young boy not by a single person but by movies in which all of my childhood hero’s knew martial arts, Billy Jack, James Bond, Bruce Lee, etc.


QUESTION:
Did you ever come to Greece and if yes what did you like most?
ANSWER:
Yes, I loved studying its history, architecture and antiquities. Having coffee at the foot of the Parthenon while people watching.


QUESTION:
Do you know any Greek fighter or actor?
ANSWER:
Yes, when I did Lionheart I met a fantastic Grecco Roman wrestler and in my school I trained George Patouliottis, who is a good friend and a great fighter who unofficially out of the ring KO’d and beat down a UFC fighter twice his weight and size.


QUESTION:
What is your opinion about Jean Claude Van Damme impersonating you?
ANSWER:
Surreal… as he got the part because he looked like me as well as could do my spin jumping kicks I was famous. for doing in finishing off my opponents. He did an outstanding job and trained with me for several months to do it.


QUESTION:
Was Chong Li so very bad guy?
ANSWER:
In real life he was a brute and very unpopular with some people but always trated me with respect… he said he did not intentionally blind me but that it occurred because his perspiration mixed with dit dao on his body…


QUESTION:
Did Bolo Yeung give us a very good idea of his character (Chong Li)?
ANSWER:
Bolo did an excellent job and I cant think of a single actor who could do it better.


QUESTION:
Are you married?
ANSWER:
Not yet, engaged.


QUESTION:
Do you have any children?
ANSWER:
No, sadly.


QUESTION:
What is your favorite food?
ANSWER:
I’m just happy to eat healthy good tasting food… depends on my mood and where I am as to what type, Greek, Italian, Japanese… I prefer organic.


QUESTION:
What is your advice for the new fighters and actors?
ANSWER:
Dream your dreams with both eyes open… quality training and unrelenting dedication is what separates contenders from pretenders.
