QUESTION:
Who was the man that inspired you to become a great actor and voice actor?
ANSWER:
Actually, there were several. As a kid, I loved the work of Frank Welker, Tress MacNeille and even Howie Mandel. I also corresponded with both Jess Harnell, Joe Alaskey and Jeff Glenn Bennett at an early age, so that really reinforced what I wanted to do.

QUESTION:
What was the best and the worst moment of your career?
ANSWER:
Probably going to work for Radio Disney when it was first starting. I got to create, write for and voice a lot of unique, fun characters every day. Not to mention it was like going to a party every day. All the people at RD are fantastic and I really hope to work with them again in the future.

QUESTION:
Did you ever come to Greece and if yes what did you like most?
ANSWER:
I have not yet been to Greece, but it is definitely one of my goals. Almost every time I look at a travel magazine, I see some new place in Greece that is absolutely breathtaking and it increases my desire to go there each time.

QUESTION:
Do you know any Greek actor or voice actor?
ANSWER:
Not personally, but my wife is a die-hard fan of John Stamos. And I, personally, am an enormous admirer of the work of Vangelis. I could listen to his music for hours.

QUESTION:
Are you married? And do you have any children?
ANSWER:
I am, indeed. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife, Sarah, for five wonderful years now. We have three incredible children and I am very blessed.

QUESTION:
After so many years lending your voice to the Radio Disney Network, what was the message for your career that you got?
ANSWER:
I actually left RD because I was hired there at a very young age and hadn’t experienced much more in the world. I felt I needed to broaden my horizons and see what else I could conquer in the world. But, in hindsight, now that I have done those things, I’ve realized what a terrific place Radio Disney really is, and that there’s no job in the world better than making children across the world smile every day. I do miss it.

QUESTION:
What made you decide to voice over Japanese cartoons?
ANSWER:
It was actually kind of dropped in my lap. My agent called me and said, “Hey – can you do your character voices to match a moving mouth?” I didn’t know what she was talking about, but she explained it to me that some Japanese cartoons needed to be dubbed in English and wanted to know if I could do it. So, I said I’d be happy to give it a shot and now I’ve done several of them and really enjoy it. More cartoons should come out of Texas. We’re not just J.R. Ewing anymore!

QUESTION:
What is your advice for the new actors and voice actors?
ANSWER:
Wow. I guess my best advice is: try everything. Never audition for just one job and then wait around to see if you got the part. You’ll drive yourself crazy. Audition for anything and everything you can. Eventually, you’re bound to get something. I also highly recommend reading the book Word of Mouth by Susan Blu and Molly Ann Mullin. Reading that book was a true motivator for me.

QUESTION:
What are your hobbies?
ANSWER:
I’m a bit of a geek. I like video games and just adore my PlayStation 3. I also love to write novels for children, pre-teens and young adults. In fact, I just completed a Middle Grade novella entitled “Cope”. I’m hoping to have it published this year.

QUESTION:
What is your favorite food and drink?
ANSWER:
Ohh, there are so many . . . but if I had to pick just one, I guess I’d be forced to say Pizza and Coca-Cola. Yeah, I’m a real health nut.

QUESTION:
What is your opinion about our sites? (www.hellasgr.gr and www.webinfoportal.net)
ANSWER:
I’d never seen either of them until recently. I was especially impressed with the Tuna Fishing page, as I love to fish.
